The Sealion 06, a mid-size SUV, is available in both battery electric vehicle (BEV) and plug-in hybrid electric vehicle (PHEV) versions. The DM-i model uses BYD’s fifth-generation DM system, while the EV model is built on the upgraded e-Platform 3.0 Evo. Its fluid exterior, dual-beam headlights in white or gold tones, and teardrop-style taillight enhance its modern appeal. Priced between 160,000 yuan and 200,000 yuan, both variants are slated for release in Q3 2025.
The Seal 06 EV, a mid-size all-electric sedan, also utilizes the e-Platform 3.0 Evo. Targeting younger consumers, it features a sleek design, the DiPilot 100 driver assistance system, and the DiSus-C intelligent body control system for enhanced performance. Priced from 120,000 yuan to 150,000 yuan, it will be available in Q2 2025.
The Seal 06 DM-i Touring edition, a wagon-style model, combines sedan agility with SUV spaciousness. Powered by BYD’s fifth-generation DM hybrid technology, it suits diverse needs, from daily commutes to long trips. Priced between 120,000 yuan and 150,000 yuan, it is set for market entry in Q2 2025.
