Wang Junbao, general manager of BYD’s public business division, said at the signing: “Huasheng Haoche’s innovative business model perfectly complements BYD’s technology-driven development philosophy. Together, we aim to explore emerging markets and deliver more accessible mobility solutions to consumers.” The collaboration supports BYD’s “Tech for All” strategy for sustainable transportation.
Huasheng Haoche will purchase 5,000 BYD vehicles annually, covering all models, and work with BYD to develop a “product + channel + service” model. This includes offering popular BYD models and tailored financing for lower-tier markets to make NEVs more accessible.
The partnership leverages Huasheng Haoche’s offline network across 200 cities in 28 provincial regions, complementing BYD’s distribution channels. This blend of online engagement and offline experiences aims to boost NEV market reach.
Chen Pengyun, co-founder of Huasheng Haoche, stated: “BYD’s product excellence and brand recognition strongly resonate with our customer base. This partnership not only enriches our vehicle portfolio but also makes high-quality NEVs more accessible through flexible financial solutions.”
This collaboration enhances China’s NEV market by combining BYD’s technology with Huasheng Haoche’s leasing and service network, driving sustainable mobility solutions.
