David Wang, Huawei’s Executive Director of the Board, presented the new offerings and stressed the company’s vision of making intelligence as accessible as water and electricity. He said: "Intelligence should be easily accessible as water and electricity. I hope every person, home, and organization can benefit from AI. Huawei is ready to help SMEs tackle these challenges and go intelligent faster. No one will be left behind in the intelligent world."
Globally, AI is increasingly integrated into business operations. While current applications focus on intelligent assistants, the next stage will involve embedding AI into core production systems, influencing products, services, and operations. SMEs, which play a central role in economic growth, often face barriers to adopting AI due to limited awareness, technical capabilities, and resources. In China alone, SMEs account for more than 58 million enterprises, creating over 80% of urban jobs and generating 60% of national GDP.
To address these challenges, Huawei has shifted from standalone product sales to one-stop scenario-based solutions, designed to simplify deployment and enhance efficiency. The newly launched 4+10+N framework reflects this approach. The "4" represents four core business scenarios: intelligent office, intelligent business, intelligent education, and intelligent healthcare. The "10" refers to ten one-stop scenario solutions introduced today, such as SME office, intelligent hotel, digital diagnosis platforms, and interactive classrooms. The "N" represents star products tailored to these scenarios.
Among the 26 products launched as part of this series are the HUAWEI eKitEngine AR180 routers, which combine routing, switching, Wi-Fi, and VPN functionalities. Huawei also introduced new IdeaHub products that integrate AI conferencing, acoustic baffles, and AI applications. These solutions emphasize all-in-one design, intelligent interaction, and strong security features.
Wang noted: "We handle the complexity so customers and partners can focus on growing. Our one-stop scenario-based solutions will help SMEs go intelligent more easily and faster. HUAWEI eKit one-stop scenario-based solutions are our newest examples of this. These solutions are an upgrade in terms of solution development, sales enablement, and delivery services. By using these solutions to power our partners, we bring the benefits of AI to SMEs."
All the products released today incorporate more advanced AI technologies than earlier versions. Pre-integrated and pre-validated, they enable flexible deployment, allowing installers to customize bundles to meet specific business needs. Huawei is also strengthening its support for distribution partners through improved access to resources, demonstrations, and configuration plans, reducing both solution design complexity and customer decision-making challenges.
For delivery, Huawei offers unified installation, centralized network management, and consolidated support, ensuring SMEs can adopt AI quickly and confidently. Concluding his address, Wang emphasized collaboration with distribution partners and installers: "These solutions will power the last mile of the intelligent world for SMEs. We are more than welcome to stand strong with distribution partners and installers to pool resources and fully empower SMEs to go intelligent."
