Richard Yu Chengdong, Huawei’s Executive Director, Chairman of the Investment Review Board, and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Consumer Business Group, congratulated the team on social media. Yu said: “From zero to a million, our growth has exceeded all expectations. Starting with AITO and now expanding to five distinct sub-brands, Harmony Intelligent Mobility has continued to evolve thanks to our partners, our hardworking teams, and the trust of a million users. We will continue to deliver better products and driving experiences, and I believe our next million will come even faster.”
HIMA has established a comprehensive product ecosystem through its multi-brand strategy, which includes AITO, LUXEED, STELATO, MAEXTRO, and SAIC Shangjie. Each brand targets different market segments, contributing to the alliance’s diversified intelligent mobility portfolio.
Among its key products, the SAIC Shangjie H5—the first large-scale model co-developed by Huawei and SAIC Motor—began taking reservations on August 25 and officially launched on September 23, with a starting price of 159,800 yuan. The Shangjie H5 is equipped with Huawei’s Qiankun ADS 4 driver assistance system as standard, featuring a 192-line LiDAR with a 250-meter detection range and three 4D millimeter-wave radars to ensure advanced assisted driving performance. It is available in both Range-Extended Electric Vehicle (REEV) and Battery Electric Vehicle (BEV) versions. The REEV variant uses a 1.5-liter generator, offering a 230 km pure electric range and over 1,300 km combined under the CLTC cycle, while the BEV version provides 535 km and 655 km ranges with 64.6 kWh and 80 kWh battery options, respectively.
Another highlight is the MAEXTRO S800, jointly developed by Huawei and JAC Group, which was officially launched on May 30. The lineup includes four versions—Starlight Premium, Xingyao Premium, Starlight Executive, and Xingyao Executive—available in both BEV and REEV configurations, with prices ranging from 708,000 yuan to 1,018,000 yuan.
The MAEXTRO S800 follows a design philosophy emphasizing harmony between heaven, earth, and humanity. It features dual-megapixel “Galaxy” crystal headlights, the industry’s first automotive-grade crystal lamps, and “Nebula Scroll” taillights that use layered projection for dynamic lighting effects. The streamlined body design and large panoramic windows achieve a drag coefficient of just 0.206Cd.
The S800 introduces Huawei’s 800V “Xue Xiao” intelligent range-extension platform, enabling ultra-fast 6C charging of up to 80 kW. It can charge from 10% to 80% in only 10.5 minutes. The dual-motor REEV model provides a CLTC range of 1,333 km, including 400 km on electric power alone, while the tri-motor configuration offers 1,200 km combined and 365 km of pure electric driving. The all-electric 800V 5C platform, equipped with a 97 kWh high-density battery, delivers up to 702 km CLTC range and supports charging from 10% to 80% in just 12 minutes.
