Existing partnerships of Lavie Bio will remain with its shareholders and may generate future revenue.
The agreement builds on over two years of collaboration between ICL and Lavie Bio, including strategic investments by ICL Planet. Their joint efforts have focused on developing bio-stimulant solutions to support row crops under various environmental stresses, advancing sustainable agricultural practices.
