
Building on a partnership spanning over a decade, Ericsson will upgrade Zain Jordan’s charging system with the latest software, integrating new features and hosting it on Ericsson’s cloud platform. This upgrade will enable Zain Jordan to provide more personalized and seamless services, particularly for prepaid customers. The enhanced system is designed to improve agility, allowing Zain Jordan to launch new services faster, reduce operational costs, and capitalize on emerging 5G business opportunities.
