The virtual assistant, built with Altores’ technology, draws on content from Monaco Telecom’s website to provide accurate and prompt responses to general inquiries. While the current version focuses on informational requests, its capabilities are set to expand in the future to handle more complex interactions. For specific or personalized needs, the assistant seamlessly transfers users to a Customer Service advisor, who can continue the conversation via chat or phone if required.
Martin Péronnet, Managing Director of Monaco Telecom, stated: “By implementing this virtual assistant, we are complementing our direct communication channels with our customers with a modern, instant, and efficient tool. The collaboration with a MonacoTech startup to develop it demonstrates the quality of the projects initiated in the Principality, particularly in the emerging field of artificial intelligence.”
This initiative highlights Monaco Telecom’s commitment to leveraging local innovation to enhance customer experience. The partnership with Altores underscores the strength of Monaco’s startup ecosystem, particularly in advancing artificial intelligence solutions. The virtual assistant is designed to provide a user-friendly experience, ensuring customers receive timely and accurate information whenever needed. As the service evolves, it aims to further streamline communication and support for users across various platforms.
