The facility monitors services for residential customers, businesses, enterprises, data centers, cellular sites, and key venues such as the Iowa Events Center in Des Moines, Xtream Arena in Coralville, and Mediacom Stadium, which hosts Drake Soccer and Des Moines Public Schools athletic programs. Equipped with advanced technology, the NOC provides real-time insights into the performance of Mediacom’s 877,000-mile fiber network, ensuring seamless delivery of data, voice, and video services.
