
XPENG’s advancements in charging technology have gained significant attention. In September 2024, the company introduced its liquid-cooled S5 ultra-fast charger, delivering a peak power of 800kW, enabling over one kilometer of range per second. With a maximum output of 800A, 1,000V, and a plug-in-to-start time of under 13 seconds, these chargers have been deployed in cities like Shenzhen, Beijing, and Chengdu. XPENG aims to establish 10,000 self-operated charging stations by 2026, including 4,500 liquid-cooled ultra-fast chargers.
In terms of sales, XPENG reported delivering 36,717 smart electric vehicles (EVs) in July 2025, a 229% year-on-year increase and a 6% month-on-month rise. This marks the ninth consecutive month with deliveries exceeding 30,000 units. From January to July 2025, XPENG delivered 233,906 vehicles, a 270% increase compared to the same period in 2024. By July’s end, the company’s total deliveries since its founding surpassed 800,000 units.
The XPENG MONA M03 has been a top performer, with over 15,000 units delivered in July 2025 and monthly deliveries above 10,000 units for 11 consecutive months, reaching a cumulative total of over 150,000 units. The XPENG P7+ also showed strong market performance, with cumulative deliveries exceeding 67,000 units. On July 3, 2025, XPENG launched the G7, priced from 195,800 yuan, featuring 2,250 TOPS of computing power and advanced on-device VLA+VLM models. The model secured over 10,000 firm orders within nine minutes of its debut.
XPENG has also made significant progress in its global expansion. The company now operates in 46 countries and regions. On July 11, 2025, XPENG showcased its 2025 G6 and G9 models at the Goodwood Festival of Speed in the UK, announcing their European launch in markets including the UK, Italy, and Ireland in early 2025. Additionally, at the GAIKINDO Indonesia International Auto Show on July 24, 2025, XPENG designated Indonesia as its first overseas production hub and delivered the first locally manufactured XPENG X9 to a customer, marking a key milestone in its global manufacturing strategy.
