The initiative is being launched in cooperation with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Emigration, and Expatriates.
The initiative, developed in collaboration with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Emigration, and Expatriates, will offer 1,380 housing units for registration from August 30 to September 4, with unit selection scheduled between September 20 and 25. The second phase includes approximately 3,000 residential, commercial, and administrative units across three offerings. These units are located in projects such as Diarna, Sakan Misr, Dar Misr, Ganna, and Valley Towers, spread across cities including New Cairo, New Alamein, New Mansoura, New Minya, New Damietta, and October Gardens.
To accommodate diverse needs, the program provides flexible payment plans extending up to 10 years, along with discounts of up to 7%. These measures respond to feedback from expatriates at the sixth Conference of Egyptians Living Abroad, aiming to enhance accessibility and affordability.
Sherif El Sherbini, the Housing Minister, stated: “The programme aligns with President Abdel Fattah El Sisi’s directives to improve services for Egyptians living overseas and to support their involvement in national development efforts.” The initiative seeks to strengthen ties with the Egyptian diaspora while contributing to the country’s housing and urban development goals.
In addition to the ‘Your Home in Egypt’ initiative, El Sherbini discussed the ‘Housing for All Egyptians’ program, which targets low-income citizens across all governorates and new cities. The application deadline for the ‘Housing for All Egyptians 7’ offering has been extended to September 14. The minister also noted that NUCA is expanding the availability of residential plots across various categories to meet growing demand, encouraging development in new cities and enabling citizens from different income levels to build their own homes in compliance with regulations.
This initiative reflects Egypt’s commitment to providing inclusive housing solutions, fostering sustainable urban growth, and supporting its citizens both domestically and abroad.
