A groundbreaking study led by teams from Jamia Millia Islamia University, CVR College of Engineering, Osmania University, and the University of Tabuk explores recent advancements in battery technologies, including Li-ion silicon, solid-state, and lithium-air batteries. The research also investigates the influence of artificial intelligence and wireless power transfer on the evolution of electric vehicles. As global cities grapple with pollution and the growing impacts of climate change, the need to transition away from fossil fuels has become more urgent. Electric vehicles (EVs) offer a promising solution for transforming transportation. However, they face ongoing challenges, such as batteries that overheat, limited energy density, and environmental concerns that hinder progress toward greener goals. These issues highlight the critical demand for innovative energy storage and management technologies.
