The first product, a 400kW string-type Power Conversion System (PCS), model TE400+K-HV-BL, offers a compact and efficient design. With a volumetric power density of 3 kW/L, it surpasses the industry average by 25%. Weighing just 110 kg per module, the system eases transportation and maintenance efforts, making it highly practical for various applications.
The PCS incorporates a liquid-cooled system paired with aerosol-based fire protection, ensuring safe operation of critical components. Integrated battery management and thermal control systems maintain optimal temperatures, enhancing reliability. According to TBEA New Energy: “This system uses high-frequency switching technology, achieving millisecond-level response times and supporting grid-forming functions like inertia simulation, frequency regulation, and damping control.”
The technology excels in challenging conditions, maintaining stability in ultra-weak grid environments with a Short Circuit Ratio (SCR) as low as 1.0. This performance exceeds typical industry standards, positioning the PCS as a robust solution for modern energy demands.
TBEA New Energy’s second product, also unveiled at ESIE2025, complements the PCS with additional storage capabilities, though specific details were not disclosed. Both products align with the company’s focus on advancing energy storage efficiency and grid reliability, contributing to global sustainability goals.
The exhibition provided a platform for TBEA New Energy to engage with stakeholders, highlighting the practical benefits of these innovations. Industry attendees praised the systems’ compact design and high performance, noting their potential to address growing energy storage needs. TBEA New Energy reiterated its commitment to delivering reliable, cutting-edge solutions for a sustainable future.
