The premises are intended to accommodate 150 staff members and support the company’s ongoing operations.
The project was financed by EFI, Eiffage’s real-estate investment arm. Caraty & Poupart-Lafarge served as the project architect, while Eiffage Construction acted as general contractor. Other collaborators included Eiffage Route, Eiffage Énergie Systèmes, and Clévia. Eiffage Immobilier oversaw both design and construction under a real-estate development contract, ensuring the project adhered to modern standards for sustainability and efficiency.
Eiffage Construction emphasized environmental responsibility in delivering the headquarters, exceeding EU RE2020 regulations. The buildings were constructed using biobased materials and low-carbon concrete. Heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning systems were designed to optimize energy efficiency, while renewable energy is generated through over 1,000m² of photovoltaic canopies in the parking area and 300m² of rooftop solar panels, providing a combined output of 250 kWp. Approximately half of the site, 6,400m², is dedicated to landscaped and green areas, supporting ecological integration and enhancing workplace quality.
The headquarters represents Eiffage’s commitment to sustainable construction practices, combining functionality with environmental performance. By integrating modern office space with advanced workshop facilities, the facility supports operational efficiency while providing a sustainable working environment for employees.
Earlier this year, in June, Eiffage Construction completed another significant project, the Sensorium, a mixed-use development in France. The Sensorium features 135 housing units, including 41 social rental and adapted housing units, alongside 18,000m² of office space, retail areas, and outdoor spaces. This project demonstrated Eiffage’s capacity to combine residential, commercial, and office facilities in large-scale developments while adhering to sustainability goals.
The completion of the PII headquarters and the Sensorium reflects Eiffage’s strategic focus on creating innovative, environmentally responsible developments across France. These projects highlight the company’s expertise in integrating energy efficiency, renewable energy, and modern design in both corporate and mixed-use facilities.
Through initiatives like the PII headquarters, Eiffage continues to set benchmarks for sustainable construction, providing functional, energy-efficient spaces that contribute to local economic activity while prioritizing environmental performance. The projects demonstrate a balance between operational requirements, ecological considerations, and employee well-being, reinforcing Eiffage’s position as a leading construction and property development company in Europe.
