The project includes deploying subsea cables from Visakhapatnam to link with Google’s extensive global network, which spans two million miles of land and subsea cables. Google is collaborating with AdaniConneX and Airtel to execute this initiative, leveraging their expertise to support the hub’s development.
A Google-commissioned analysis projects that this investment will contribute $15 billion to U.S. GDP over the five-year period through increased cloud and AI adoption, as well as the involvement of American talent and resources in the hub’s development and operations.
Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Shri N. Globally, Google maintains data center campuses in 12 countries, reinforcing its commitment to expanding technological capabilities.
