The system incorporates liquid-cooled, lithium-iron phosphate (LFP) battery packs with 314 Ah cells. It is suitable for applications such as electric vehicle charging stations, industrial facilities, and commercial structures. The BESS supports emergency backup power, peak shaving, and participation in energy trading markets.
According to Livoltek’s datasheet: “The system achieves over 88% efficiency and operates in both on-grid and off-grid modes.” Its modular design enables scalability, with an IP55 rating for water and dust resistance. For on-grid setups, up to 20 units can be connected in parallel, yielding a capacity of 2.5 MW / 5.2 MWh. In off-grid configurations, up to 10 units can be combined for a total of 1.25 MW / 2.6 MWh. The system is designed to function at elevations up to 4,000 meters, with performance adjustments above 2,000 meters.
The unit has dimensions of 1,000 x 2,300 x 1,800 mm and a weight of 2,450 kg. It features comprehensive safety measures, including multi-level monitoring from cell to system level and an aerosol-based fire suppression system. The battery module carries an IP67 ingress protection rating, while the overall system is rated IP54.
This new BESS from Livoltek offers a reliable and adaptable solution for energy storage needs in diverse commercial and industrial settings.
