It will first launch in Singapore, powering Circles’ Circles.Life app, before expanding to Circles’ global telecom partners. The multi-year partnership provides Circles access to OpenAI’s early-stage AI models and research programs, positioning the company to pioneer new AI benchmarks for the telecom sector.

The platform will utilize OpenAI’s advancements in text, voice, image, and vision technologies, combined with Circles’ expertise in consumer behavior and operator systems.
